Candice graduated with honours from Georgian College for Massage Therapy 2017 and is a Member in Good Standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has attended seminars in Freestyle Movement (Naka Athletics/Carl Paoli), Whole 9 Nutrition – Science of Nutrition (Dr. Matt Lalonde), Pose Method Running Technique (Dr. Nicholas Romanov/ Romanov Academy of Sports Science). Candice uses her experience and evidence-based practice to help her clients prevent/manage injuries and/or chronic diseases and function at their optimum level of performance.
Justine is in her third year of school to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and currently treating as a Manual Therapist.

Dr. Sydney graduated from Trent University before pursuing her chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She played in the OUA on Trents Varsity Women's soccer team. As a former competitive athlete Sydney can appreciate the sense of feeling less than your best, having dealt with her fair share of injuries on and off the field.
Sydney practices patient-centred evidence-informed care. She works with her patients to create individualized treatment plans depending on their injury and preferences. She incorporates a variety of techniques including joint manipulation/mobilization, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, exercise, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, taping, activity modification, stress management, sports-specific return to play and patient education to optimize her patients health, function and well-being.
