Kids Kickboxing (9-13 years)

Have fun punching, kicking, elbows, knees and self defense

Female Cardio Kickboxing

Have fun punching, kicking, elbows, knees and self defense with cardio.

Beginners Kickboxing

Learn basic Thai-Kickboxing movements and conditioning to graduate into other classes.

Female Fighters Kickboxing

Train to be fighter fit. Combos: all 8 weapons

Level I

 Conditioning with combos:  punching, kicking, elbows and knees 

Level II

Increased conditioning: combos with all 8 weapons, fighter fit
